By accessing or using Zippylang, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Zippylang is operated by Drakon Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Zippylang is an AI-powered language learning platform designed for UK primary schools. The service includes:

• Interactive vocabulary lessons in multiple languages
• AI-powered conversational practice with "Zippy" the tutor
• Roleplay scenarios for immersive learning
• Matching games and quizzes
• Progress tracking and reporting for teachers
• Downloadable resources (worksheets and presentations)

3. Account Registration

Schools must register to use Zippylang. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the school
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the security of account credentials
• You will supervise student use of the platform

4. Subscription and Payment

Zippylang operates on a subscription basis:

• Free 14-day trial available for evaluation
• Annual subscriptions billed per school
• Pricing based on number of students
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share account credentials with unauthorised users
• Attempt to access accounts belonging to others
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Upload harmful content or attempt to bypass safety filters
• Use automated tools to access the service

6. AI Tutor Guidelines

Our AI tutor "Zippy" is designed to be safe for children:

• Zippy only discusses educational topics related to language learning
• The AI has safety filters to prevent inappropriate content
• Conversations may be monitored for quality and safety
• Teachers should supervise student interactions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and technology are owned by Drakon Systems Ltd. Schools may download and use generated worksheets and presentations for educational purposes only. Content may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zippylang is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Schools may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked and data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
